Our Pastor
Dr. Samuel Smith, Jr., is
a native Stocktonian, who by the grace of God is servant of the people where
he met the Lord. Dr. Smith was Licensed and Ordained
by his pastor the late Dr. Henry F. Dean, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Dr. Smith is a well
respected, gifted man of God who preaches an uncompromising gospel of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been faithfully leading the people of
God at the Emmanuel Baptist Church for 14 years.
Dr.
Smith is well qualified to do what God has called him to do for he holds:

Associate in Biblical Studies
Ph. D. in Christian Education
A Teaching Certificate from ACI
Doctorate in Christian Counseling
Dr. Smith Is also a
Seminary Professor and a blessing to the people of God.
